IPN8710 Polymer Coating

Comprise:IPN8710 primer coating is made of polyurethane polyethylene, modified epoxy resin, non-toxic anticorrosive pigment-packing, accessory ingredient and so on.

Property: the film has good tenacity, adhesion, wear-resisting, antirust and anticorrosion.

Using: be suit for sunken pipe, including suitable for various kinds of soil condition , Submerged structures and steel pile for dock etc.

Announcements：

    1 The product should be kept in a cool, ventilated and dry place, isolation from the fire, keep away from heat.
    2.This product is thick-liquid, can be high build and it is better no sagging. It is no need to add diluents before brush coating.
    3.If the painting stored too long, there may be some sediment exist, so it is need to stirring before brush coating.
    4.After the painting prepared, it is need to wait 20 Mins in summer, 1.5—2 hours in winter for curing.
    5.It is need to spread the finish when the primer is surface dry, and the interval should be less than 2 days under indoor temperature, otherwise it maybe affect the interlayer bonding. It is better to spread the finishes when it is surface dry.
