Coal Tar Epoxy Coating

 First: material and component

    A model component is made of coal tar epoxy as primer and finish, both take epoxy resin and coal tar as main film former, add various kinds of anti-rust pigment, insulation packing, flexibilizer, flatting agent, diluents, anti-settling agent etc. B model component is made of modified amine curing agent or take curing agent as mainly material, add fillers. When this kind of product was sold, A model component and B model component should be supplied kitting, mixed as ratio when using, and finish in the schedule time.

    Second: scope of application

    Mainly used for outside coating of underground or underwater transport oil, gas, water, heating steel line pipe. It can also be used for various steel structure, dock, ship, sluice, gas holder, oil refining chemical plant equipment, concrete pipe, cesspit, waterproof of roof, bathroom and cellar.

    Third: Product feature

    1. This product is one kind of high-performance anticorrosive coatings, surface of the paintcoat is smooth, densification, hard, good cohesive force, alkali-resisting, resistant to salt water, resistance to soil microbial, resistance to plant roots. Complex use the coating material and glass fibre cloth, can increase the mechanical property of coating film.
    2. This kind of coating can be taken under normal temperature, spontaneous curing, the coating process is easy, both manual and mechanical can finish, it is especially suitable for field use.

    Fourth:

    Coal tar epoxy material can be divided into Coal tar epoxy primer and Coal tar epoxy finish according to the using function. The Coal tar epoxy primer used by our company is solvent type, Coal tar epoxy finish is series of products, which can be divided into no solvent(GH 201) and thick liquid (GH 202)according to the solid content. It can also be divided into heat-resistant type (under 150°C environment, mixed with W) and normalized (under 100°C environment).All of these can meet customer’s different requires for the projects.
