cp2   Steel casing insulation embedding technology is one of embedding of new technology, which can waterproof, leakage-proof, impervious, resist compression and whole sealing. It is a larger breakthrough of directly buried laying technology at the high underground water level area using. It is made of conveying medium steel pipe, anticorrosive coat steel pipe, extra-fine glass wool between medium steel pipe and anticorrosive coat steel pipe, it can also be mad of graphite, Silicon-calcium clay pipe shell and polyurethane foam. The most important problem for the protect pipe of straight-buried pipe is its reliability of waterproof, and good mechanical strength. Because the casing pipe has very high strength, it was connect by welding, and it has good performance of waterproof sealing property and much better high-temperature resistance performance. In some area, the underground water level is high, in order to make sure the underground water don’t affect the directly buried steam pipeline’s normal operation, it is better to take strong, airtight steel pipe as the casing pie.

    Insulation construction:
    The insulation construction of Steel casing insulation steel pipe can be divided into inside-slide and outside-slide according the sliding mode.
    1. Inside-slide: the insulation construction was made by working steel pipe, aluminium silicate, drag reduction layer, microporous calcium silicate, thermal insulating layer, stainless steel fastening steel belt, aluminum foil reflector, polyurethane insulation layer, casing steel pipe and outside coating.
    2. Outside-slide: the insulation construction was made by working steel pipe, glass -wool thermal insulation layer, aluminum foil reflector, stainless steel fastening steel belt, sliding-guide bracket, air thermal insulation layer, casing steel pipe and outside coating.

    Structure principle:
    1.Outside coating layer: protect the casing steel pipe avoid corrosion, prolong the service life of steel pipe.
    2.Casing steel pipe: protect the insulating layer avoid the erosion of groundwater, support the working pipe and absorb a certain amount of external load, guarantee the working pipe’s normal operation.
    3.Polyurethane foam layer: ensure the temperature of medium, Guarantee the casing steel pipe outside surface keep in room temperature.
    4. Obstruct, reflecting layer: ensure that organic foam don't go into hard high temperature resistant inorganic layers; reflect part of heat from high temperature resistant layer.
    5. Rigid inorganic thermal insulation layer: high temperature resistance, ensure the interface temperature with the organic insulation, ensure the foam not carbonized.
    6. Drag reduction layer: ensure the working steel pipe’s safe when it’s expansion and contraction.
    7.Working steel pipe: ensure the medium flowing under normal order.
